In Italy, there is a village that attracts tourists because of its uniqueness. Just imagine, there are villages in this valley has its own sun. abysmal
Viganella is a village located on the valley floor that is in Piedmont, the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Italy. Most of the year, it had not been illuminated by the sun like other regions in the world. By the time winter comes, people can feel the cold Viganella incredible.
